Members of the Renewable Energy Sources Cluster are business organisations (SMEs), non-profit organisations and higher education institutions.
How to Become a Member of the RES Cluster
Membership in the RES Cluster is voluntary. All interested parties should complete and submit a membership application form, which can be downloaded here.
Eligible members include business entities registered under the Bulgarian Commercial Act (both Bulgarian and foreign legal entities), as well as scientific organisations and their subdivisions, technology centres, scientific unions, non-governmental organisations (NGOs), employers’ organisations, municipal and regional authorities, and others—provided they accept the Cluster’s objectives and guidelines.
RES Cluster members retain their economic, legal, and organisational independence. Admission of new members is subject to a decision by the Cluster’s Governing Board, based on a written application in which the applicant declares acceptance of the Cluster’s Statutes.

The following documents must be submitted along with the application:
- Certificate of current status
- Protocol from the applicant’s management body, including a decision to participate in and have representation within the RES Cluster
